Common Troubleshooting Tips
- Touch not responding: Restart the display by holding the power button for 10 seconds. If using an external source, check the touch USB cable connection.
- No signal from laptop: Make sure the correct HDMI input is selected. Try another HDMI cable or port, and check your laptop display mode.
- Wireless screen sharing not working: Ensure both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and restart the sharing app.
- Display frozen or unresponsive: Press and hold the power button for 10+ seconds to force restart the display.
