How to Access Your Child’s Academic Progress

To help you easily view your child’s learning updates, class performance, and progress reports, please follow the steps below. A short instructional video is also provided for your convenience.

Step 1: Open Your Internet Browser

Use any browser such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge on your phone, tablet, or computer.

Step 2: Visit the Provided Link

Go to Goto : https://aktywuj.vulcan.net.pl /. This link will take you directly to the student progress portal.

Step 3: Enter Your Access Code

Use the unique access code that has been given to you. This code is required to verify your identity as a parent.

Step 4: Enter the Last 4 Digits of Your Child’s Identification

When prompted, enter:

  • The last 4 digits of your child’s PESEL number, OR

  • If your child does not have a PESEL, enter the last 4 digits of their passport number.

This step confirms the student’s identity.

Step 5: Fill Out Your Information

Enter the requested details using your personal email address. Make sure your email is accurate, as it may be used for future communication.

Step 6: Complete the Captcha

To verify that the request is made by a real person, you will be asked to complete a captcha. This is usually a simple task such as selecting a girl’s or boy’s name.

Step 7: Select Your Child’s Name

Once verified, you will see your child’s name on the screen. Click on it to proceed.

Step 8: View Your Child’s Progress

You will now have full access to your child’s academic progress, including grades, assignments, and class updates.
